Did my Cuboid just die?

Hi!

First, I'm new on this forum so hi everyone :D
I'm French so I'm sorry if not everything is correct but I really need help.

Long story short, I've hidden something behind the battery door. I took it off but the screen started twinkling and suddenly stopped working at all.

I tried to connect the Cuboid to my PC and was able to update it but the screen remains black now.

Do you think there is a way to fix it?
Thank you very much for reading.

Perhaps you've inadvertently put it into stealth mode? Push the fire button and left regulatory button simultaneously. If it comes back on, you were in stealth mode.

Welcome to the VU! :D

Are the batteries charged?
Thanks!
It seems so, the screen is not showing on USB either though :/

Thanks, just tried but it remains black :(

I'm considering returning it to Joyetech, maybe the best option?

Scriz, the most recent update for the Cuboid is broken (sort of), I think it is inadvertently wiping the software version. Try uploading the update a second time. This happened for me as well, my Cuboid went black and would not function at all until I did the update a second time.

To me, it sounds like you stuffed something in the battery door and closed it. Your screen isn't broken, the battery door is. You can play around with the battery door and possibly fix it. The Cuboid door is a sensitive piece of junk, especially if you stuff a little Tony Yayo in there.
Good luck!

Hey did you ever fix it? I have a Cuboid a regret buying it 6 mo ago. I was getting a lot of atomizer short error messages that rendered the device unreliable. I'd be vaping with it at home no problem then go out and get the damn error message Then over the last week I got it constantly. Today I ordered an Eleaf Pico to replace it. It's not as powerful but I rarely went above 75w with hte Cuboid plus the Cuboid highlighted how I prefer stealthier devices, Any way I hope you got this resolved
