I haven't liked any of the CAP v2 flavors as they don't taste anything like the original to me anyway.
In fact some were downright nasty, like CAP Sugar Cookie v2 and CAP Vanilla Custard v2 IMO.

TFA DX Sweet Cream, DX Bavarian Cream, & DX French Vanilla are pretty decent tasting but maybe a bit weaker than the originals.

I agree, as far as the Caps V2 line I didnt like any of them and the custard actually made my stomach hurt like some report on the V1 lol. the TFA DX were kinda hit and miss for me but like you said they dont taste the same and if you were used to the originals its just not the same. maybe if you never tried the original version of whatever it might be different
