since this is my first thread here I guess it would only be polite to introduce myself - I go by by the name scrubzz online most everywhere I happen to show up - the name started out to honor a friend whose nickname it was out in the real world who died of leukemia a number of years ago - since I am a nurse it seems to fit well - before anyone starts fantasizing too much, I guess I had better put it out there that I am an old, ugly, Harley riding, male nurse

Been vaping only since the first of the year after smoking analogs for 40+ years - I am introducing myself here in DIY because that's how I found this forum, following the Pure Vapes (FA) thread over from ECF - I have been reading about DIY from the very start of vaping, actually talking with my wife about making my own while driving to the B&M to get our first evods - I made candles for a number of years and still play with that some as well as some other things along those lines (I make a mean lip balm btw lol) - that's what started me thinking about DIY from the start

Although no one here knows me I feel like I know a number of ya'll already (I am from Arkansas thus the obligatory ya'll) - I have been reading constantly and learning as I slowly gathered up what I think I will need to start - I finally placed a decent sized order of FA flavors tonite to go with a number of recipes I have hand picked - And I have to admit I bought several of HIC's recipes that I just couldn't pass on even though the only thing I have made so far is unflavored - it actually tastes a lot better than some of the stuff I have bought from some of these B&M's

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks to everyone who I have learned so much from just by reading everything here - I generally don't have a lot to say but I am here reading constantly

Hey there, cool to meet ya. I vape unflavored about half the time. And I used to love making candles as a kid. Ever do the one with ice chunks so it comes out looking like Swiss cheese? Bet you know what I'm blabbering about. And hey, you ever watch Nurse Jackie? That show is hilarious. See ya 'round the forum.

Thanks - Yes I know what you are talking about - I mainly make melts now because that's what my best half likes the most - I don't watch any medical shows - I have to live it everyday (am a charge nurse on a dementia unit) and I have found real life is both funnier and more dramatic than TV lol

Years ago I dated dated a nurse and we hung out with her nurse friends.
Man you all know how to party! Welcome, bike pics? I think we have a bike thread or am I thinking of ECF?

Most of my partying is behind me - I will still have a drink or three on occasion but I only have a few surviving brain cells left and I'm trying to save those for a special occasion - I can say that most nurses I know do have a rather "unique" sense of humor - I have a Street Bob - love it

The wait sucks! There's alot of good recipes on here, by alot of skilled people. Soon I will be buying some of hics recipes. Seeing how all the free ones he post are awesome, the ones you pay for must be amazing.

Before I even ordered anything I had a few sheets of paper full of recipes. From all the awesome people here who posted there hard work. I have made a bunch already. And a few recipes I made my self, which my fruit loop one is coming along awesomely. I'm on my 5th version and pretty much got it down.
