HI, I just started getting into Mixing my own juice as I got an Aspire Atlantis Sub-Ohm and it chugs through about 30 ml a day. I bought 100 mg/ml Nicotine solution and wanted to know how much to put based on how much i wasnt say 6mg how much nic? or 24mg how much nic?

Check out steam engine. It's a good mixing calculator that will tell you how much nic,vg,pg and flavorings you need.

I highly recommend you use an ejuice calculator to determine your amount of nic. I like ejuicemeup. There are others available, everyone has their fave. You should also check out the DIY section. VU has a GREAT one.
