DIY Eliquid odd taste!

Hi!
I have been mixing my own juices for about a month and haven’t had this problem before but
The last two times I’ve mixed my juices up to the exact same recipes I’ve been getting a odd taste after adding the nicotine, it even tastes of the same smell and is unbareable!

I’m using the exact same ingredients as before what could this be?

Nicotine oxidized?

Try vaping it without the nic. If ok get new nic.

Nic should be stored in amber glass bottles out of sunlight and kept cool.
If over 30 days then put in refrigerator or freezer.
It will not freeze but just get a bit thicker.
Will thin back out when it warms back to room temp.

Nicotine is in the little shot bottles from dark star?
They are kept out of the sunlight all the time but not in the fridge, didn’t even know it could be refrigerated!!

I will try making some up when I get home and try it without the nic, it wasn’t out of date or discoloured completely clear it’s weird because the other bottles had no taste.

Will test anyway and update!

Nic was definatley the problem!

Thanks for the help moving to a different make of nic obviously I don’t like the taste of this maker!
