Diy flavour concentrate

His guys seen many posts on making up own concentrate mainly from vanilla, lemon cist eat.
I see some guys working on fruit concentrate can understand not easy task with the sugars.
But was wondering how u would make a concentrat of something like milk, cream, whisky, etc. New to the whole juice things so bare with me lol looking at 100% Vg mix

From what I've gathered you can't go 100% vg with flavor because the flavor comes in pg, also the pg is what carries the flavor not the vg.

There are 100% vg flavors out there but from everything I've heard, they aren't very good.

OK maybe not quite 100% vg but hoe do they get things like milk and cream or do they only come I. Artificial flavouring, also can u make a concentrate by leaving a powder in vg and stain it out?

NOOOOO, not those kinds of flavors. You can get those in flavor concentrates. And, yes, they're generally in a PG base.
