Very cool, I'm hoping TCR values can be adjusted without logging onto E-Scribe. I'm one of those people that likes the DNA but doesn't really want to go deep into settings and customization. Being able to make adjustments directly on the fly and not needing to plug into a computer really attracts me to this. I think Evolv will hit a home run with this new chip. Saving my money now.
Ok an someone enlighten me. The new stuff hasn't slowed down at all. What's up with the FDA crap?

Is any of that new stuff manufactured in the US?
In the video, Evolv states it was built pre 8/8 deeming and went to manufacturers who released I imagine 1 mod to make it under the wire. I guess they had to scale up manufacturing of the board before selling in quantities to the mod builders. They claim an average of a 2 year lead time in their designs.
I guess they cleared this board before August 8th if so I ask why didn't they just give us this first. Oh answer MONEY.

Watched a video from vape droid. Looks like most of the functionality of escribe will be available on the mod itself. You can untether your mod from your pc.
I just watched this 2 part series and it looks like a great move forward. I like the ease of on the device settings. Will hold out for the 167C

When I first saw this I was excited about a 167 mod with this board.
But I'm not so sure. It doesn't seem to offer any more vape customization. It makes it easier to adjust for sure, but I don't change much anyways.
Definitely curious to see what other tech changes evolv has left to drop.

I already would love to try a dual 18650 with the new screen on the side to the right of a squonk opening for your bottle and the controls for up, down, select inside while the fire button is retained on the typical spot on the side.
I just want a 167 version of this chip in a box with dual 21700s and a 32mm 510 centered on the device.
