I purchased two 14500 Sanyo batteries from fasttech July 15 and still don't have them and now they're telling me it will take another 2 months before I can get a refund because they have to open an investigation. This is TOTAL BULLSHIT fasttech has been reliable for parts before but now they can only ship batteries apparently through the Philippines and it doesn't work so be advised do not try to buy any batteries from fasttech if you live in America.
