Thanks yea its noticeably stripped to the point where I can just barely fasten my dual parallels, which that build is tough on it anyways

The hex screw on my TM clone they've been stripping left n right I'm waiting on three new rdas in the mail. I'm a pretty avid rebuilder I just don't like to answer my own questions no matter how dumb the question is and I want to rule everything out

The biggest thing will be voltage loss (stripped at the threads)

Archs (sparks) are not good either.

I would just get another rda to be honest..Too many affordable clones to take a risk with yours.

I'm about four months old with the rebuilding and making my own juice. I've been doing great on both ends, the thing is even if I know the answer I don't like to answer my own questions if I've never asked it before...ya smell me?

Invest in quality drivers.
Hudy, MIP/Thorp or Whia
The hex keys supplied with attys are junk, and notoriously under sized.
