Do they sell strands of Alien wire?

Are there any decent strands of premade Alien wire available anywhere? I have heard the spools are junk and aren't real Alien wire, and I thought I remembered seeing like 6 to 8 inch strands available which sounds more doable and could possibly be hand made. Just let me know, Thanks!!!

Oh great thank you guys so much. You two are always there when I need you. I will ask Just Frank first, but if not then I will go with the latter.

It makes sense that a woman would build amazing wire cause they have such excellent fine motor skills and nimble hands. I’ve heard that lots of factories that manufacture computer chips strictly hire women.
