i picked one of these clones up on ebay. $14ish shipped from texas
Its my first rda so i cant compar eit to anything
but its got flavor
its easy to use....not as easy as a velocity deck
the gold plating is crap...it flakes off
but for $14ish shipped damn im happy and now want something in same price range with a velocity deck and a bigger juice well

For the thumb style post screws, would rubber or plastic tipped needle nose pliers be better than using regular ones?

I'm curious on the longevity of the thumb screws.

For aesthetics, yes, but just make sure all of your leads are secure enough to vape - especially if you're using a mech mod.

Sounds like it would be better to use standard pliers.

Is the Dot Cap v2 the same inner diameter as the v2 drip tips? It doesn't look wide bore.

It's a bit wider (maybe 2mm), but not quite what I would consider to be wide bore.
