Dragon Quest X is officially in development for the Nintendo NX.
Speaking to Famitsu (as translated by Daniel Robson of IGN Japan), Dragon Quest X producer Yosuke Saito mentioned the PS4 and NX ports of the MMO in response to a question about server load on the current Wii, Wii U, and Windows versions of the game.
"I think there will be an influx of new players that peaks with the launch of the PS4 and NX editions", said Saito. "Up until then, rather than the incoming new players, we are doing our best for the people who are playing already."
Square Enix accidentally let slip that Dragon Quest X was coming to the NX last year, before retracting the statement.
