Dual coil.

I am planning to make kanthal 24 Dual basic coil with 11 wraps. The problem is I am always one or half wrap short. When I put it on the RBA and test it read 0.57 ohm which is what I was aiming for. But have not wicked it or fired it co not sure if it will work or kill the batteries

That sounds fine. What mod are you using?They need to be pulsed and pinched to work out the hot spots before you wick. Best thing would be to youtube how to do coils. There are a million vids on how to do it.

Always try and match your coils buddy hope your trying this on a regulated device and not a mech 
not only will they not heat up evenly but you'll find one side won't heat up nearly as much, since the current will take the easier path In which case might as well run a single coil
You'll get leaking one side, burning dry hits the other ...gonna have a bad day
I tend to put one coil on position it etc read it on the ohm meter then put the second on to match the ohm of the first

thanks guys....so finally after multiple tries i was successful....yayay.......but after vaping (on Alien Mod) i didnt find it as satisfactory as the pre-built coils. Maybe coz i have just been vaping for few weeks now or i messed up the wicking

Try and stick with fewer wraps 5-7, if you got lots of wraps and a long-ass coil you have high chance to dry the cotton in the middle and get dry / burnt cotton there. It's difficult to wick all the way in to the centre of the coil if its a long hot tube of wire especially if you chain vape. Better to have fewer wraps and a larger inner diameter of coil for same resistance, wire is still same length / contact area is same - you just get better wicking and its much easier to count the number of wraps
I don't have a TFV8 but I took a look at the design of it, looks like it is highly likely to dribble juice into the airflow holes so will leak out of the bottom when enough dribble builds up. There is no space between where the cotton will go to the juice holes and the side of the airflow holes - so the cotton will touch the top rim of the airflow holes, when that happens you get a bit of juice dribble down the airflow. You have to build the atomiser so that doesn't happen, which is the fun part.
