I saw Living Colour live 2 1/2 years ago. They opened for Joe Satriani in Salem at the Elsinore Theater. Once the concert was over, when everyone was bailing out the front door, my wife and I were able to sneak out a side exit. It dumped us in the alley behind the theater, and Corey Glover was sitting out back, smoking a cigarette. Got a chance to talk with him for a few minutes. He was really nice. I tried not to take too much of his time, as he was definitely tired from the show. But I did thank him for making the music. I always enjoyed their music.

Did you see how dirty the one in the pic looked! Shit doesn't look like it has any sealer on it! Sorry bro but there's no way I could even think about a tank like that! My greasy ass fingers would have it ruined in a day! Heck just holding my old RX in my hand made the paint start to peel!

Lol you didn't click "Pre-order Now"?

I'm really mad at me! Now I can't get that song outta my head! LOL!

Shit, when the video of that was over, I clicked the "mix" link, and have been sitting here jamming to 90's music ever since - nirvana, alice in chains, soundgarden, guns n roses, STP.... so many deaths of so many talented people since then... :(

What I really hate is that back in the 90s, I was so far up "classic rock"'s ass, I totally missed all that great 90s music while it was happening.

The only reason I became aware of the great rock from the 90s was my son, when he was a teenager, using my computer in the evening while I cooked dinner -- it was already the 2000's by then, but somehow, he knew about that great stuff from the 90s, it was still somewhat current then. so I kept listening to some of his stuff... he was amazed and slightly appalled when he discovered I had downloaded from his playlist Avenged 7fold's "Nightmare" -- I heard him telling one of his work friends, "can you believe my mom likes this?"

That reminds me of when my son discovered Jimi Hendrix. He couldn't believe I'd been there first.

Was in my teens in the 90's grunge era, and was a skateboarder. Some of the MTV Unplugged had some amazing performances. Specifically Alice In Chains Unplugged performance of Nutshell. Layne was my favorite singer R.I.P :( R.I.P Dimebag Darrel :(

I've been chilling here jamming to some Punk Goes Pop, not sure if you're familiar. Metal, punk, hardcore bands cover shit pop songs and most of the time out do the original.

My husband and I were just enjoying a comparison set of tube videos -- Nirvana's Smells like Teen Spirit and Weird Al's Smells like Nirvana... I saw the latter a few months ago and cracked up, knew I had to show it to him... I had forgotten all about until I encountered that tube mix today. :D

"Sing distinctly, we don't wanna,
buy our album, we're Nirvana!"

ROFL!!!!
