There is a sub here, called Prestwick Village. OMG. They took a cornfield, dug some lakes, built a golf course, and put a bunch of expensive houses around it. They have the fountain on the main road that I like to throw bottles of dishsoap in. STRONG neighborhood association, and they parlay their unity at the local schools. Within 2 miles in 3 different directions, are the trailer parks mentioned. It really IS war. ALMOST amusing. ALMOST.

And in this sub, a scandal fell upon the land. VERY tight knit community. A spouse got caught cheating with a neighbor. SHE spilled the beans on some of the other neighbors, who spilled the beans on some OTHER neighbors. Within 6 months, HALF the houses were up for sale.. lol... better than any soap opera, EVER.

Do they give the trailer parks prestigious names like Prestwick Village Estates?

I love that kind of schtick

It was BOUND to happen. Community golf course, community pool, community club house.. very inbred. There is even a very elite grocery store juxtaposed, with a paved path for their golf carts..

The scene you set is a classic recipe for adultery and other sordid behaviors.

The only difference between those residents and the trailer park dwellers is that it's harder to hide your sins in a single wide

The roads in there are beautiful though, and I like to drive through on my bike with my full face, smoked and mirrored helmet on. It's hilarious how they kind of pause before they wave.. like.. Hmm.. are you one of us?

Are you saying I should elucidate further? I wanted my kids to Trick or Treat there, as we have few neighbors and they don't do halloween. Well, if you don't DRIVE up on a golf cart, you are definitely a poser....

Bwahahaha

Shoulda sent them through wearing gang colors for costumes and see how they like that

This is interesting because I've been wondering if a different brand/type of VG would improve/degrade/no difference in my DIY

I use Essential Depot by default - it's the cheapest option for shipping where I live - and I love my juices just fine.

However, like most, I'm always on the lookout for a way to make it better :grumpy:
I get a VG from Colorado..... Palm based real thick and sweet...... It's clear and tasty...... Shipped to my house priority in 2 or 3days.... Rocky Mountain Oil Company 42.5 oz (1) US quart total $14.00 including shipping

OMG, I was just musing about being glad I don't live in Soberland, or Dryland, or MennoniteLand.. Oh no, I picked carefully. So I figured I'd find some way to convey where I live, so you'd get the idea.... and I found it. Urban Dictionary. I REALLY live here... I guess it's a good place to buy Scotch, but this cracks me SO up...

Lol... I did a double take at "This small insignicant town..." then it got WAY worse...
WOW! After reading that you'd expect some of those house wifes and baby mommas to wind up on Jerry Springer.

Yep but the ones I tolerate and like are in large quantities in my freezer :)
I buy small bottles to try first.

Need to check with Boden... Not sure if he DIY's or not could pass my rejects on to him to try.
Do I DIY... o_O

The last bottle of juice I bought was in 2012 and that was to see if i could clone it for a friend in Georgia. Still have it.

Wrong plant. The oil palm is quite different from the coconut palm.

GM sweet Fugee's, obligatory GFY all around, and now I must plot a course of action on what to do with my Swiss penpal when she comes to visit in 10 days. Arriving a day late to see the International Fireworks show (Canada/USA on Detroit River on June 27th). Hmm.. Well, cultural things in Detroit. She will be here for the July 4th local shows. The assembly plants will be shut down for holiday maintenance, so I can sneak her in to one as a contractor and give her a tour of an assembly line NOT running. She's 68, but regularly hikes in the mountains of Switzerland, so I think she is pretty fit. Hope motorcycles don't scare her..
