Me either. I should on batteries, because it seems I barely keep up with the number I have on hand vs. mods I want to keep vape ready. And I'm due to start rotating some sets out of use.

I've got 3 good batteries, a Samsung and a couple of LGs... another Samsung tghat needs to be re-wrapped, the covering is scored, but it's a good battery too once I get it re-wrapped; 2 mods in regular use that use those, plus 3 Coolfire4's with internal batteries, and I know at some point, those will be toast, but they're Innokins so I figure they're good for a while. Might ought to get a couple more regulated mods in the lower wattage range (30-50w, I never vape over 10w so high wattage is totally wasted on me), that use the swappable batteries, and maybe get a few more of those too. I've got a couple other regulated mods that I *can* use, I just don't like as much since I got better stuff; a 30w iStick and 2 Sigelei Zmax's, whose 15 watts is quite sufficient for my needs, but I don't like tubes as much anymore. Plus a couple of mechs stashed away for a rainy day, each with a Kick and 3 extra Kicks in the drawer. :) You see I've been half-assed working on the stockpile for a while, including that 2L of nic in the freezer; probably grab another one of those, if I can just figure out where to put it in there. :D ETA; Just remembered, I also still have a working Vamo 2; it's been alongside the Zmaxs in the drawer for about a year now, but still works fine.

Sooooo... no one has any info about whether batteries are also going to need to be stockpiled? I find it hard to imagine, since flashlights and RC devices also use 18650s, but the FDfuckingA has made a fine art form of gov't overreach, soo.. anything's possible I guess, at least until someone bigger than them says nuh uh you can't do that and here's why. (like a court for example).

Batteries have shit to do with "Tobacco". Cant stop people from buying batteries. What the hell would they know I need them for anyway. If they did try going for batts, I think they would have very tough time doing so and lose in the end at the hand of battery manufactuers and everybody else that uses these batteries for everything other than vaping.

I wouldnt worry about it.

If I am remembering correctly, the law suit papers filed against the FDA by nicolabs did mention the batteries also being regulated as well as that being an over reach of the government.

FDA Regulation of ENDS

In 2016, FDA finalized a rule extending our regulatory authority to cover all tobacco products, including vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (E-Cigarettes), e-pipes, and all other ENDS. FDA now regulates the manufacture, import, packaging, labeling, advertising, promotion, sale, and distribution of ENDS. This includes components and parts of ENDS* but excludes accessories.

However, products marketed for therapeutic purposes (for example, marketed as a product to help people quit smoking) are regulated by the FDA through the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). FDA recently proposed a rule clarifying the jurisdiction over tobacco products, drugs, and devices.

*“Components” or “parts” include, among other things, software or an assembly of materials intended or reasonably expected alter or affect the tobacco product’s performance, composition, constituents, or characteristics; or to be used with or for the human consumption of a tobacco product. For a full definition of ENDS components, parts, and accessories, please read the Deeming Tobacco Products To Be Subject to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Examples of components and parts of ENDS include, but are not limited to:

  • E-liquids
  • A glass or plastic vial container of e-liquid
  • Cartridges
  • Atomizers
  • Certain batteries
  • Cartomizers and clearomizers
  • Digital display or lights to adjust settings
  • Tank systems
  • Drip tips
  • Flavorings for ENDS
  • Programmable software

I'm quite fucking sad. I lost my fucking Emerson CQC7
Well that sucks. Its a nice blade. Lost my daily some time ago, replaced it, then found the first one. So I gave the new one to the wife that she now carries everyday.

Now she has a knife she carries with her. A switchblade in the car along with a taser, a bowie beside her night stand, we have a blade in the bathroom. No wonder I pack heat when I am around her lol.

I have a coworker that has been dogging me about vaping for years now, but recently she heard that vaping 0 nic can help you lose weight. So, I told her she could try out one of my spinners. She found a site that sells 0 nic juice, but she wants juice like mac and cheese, and regular food. I've never tried any of those. Like bacon. I like the PM from Aroma and blueberry pancake kind of stuff. If anyone knows of a good juice like that, can you let me know? It sounds yuck to me, but to each his own. :zombie: I just had to put the zombie in there. He's just SO dang cute. Ok, here's another one......or two........lol :zombie::zombie:

@f1r3b1rd was gonna go for the chicken/waffle thing once upon a time but I don't know if he ever did.

I begged him not to do it, lol.
I don't blame you. It sounds really gross. I don't understand people putting bacon in cupcakes nowadays either. Someone brought some into work. I don't like sweet with my meat. LMAO :tldr:

Today Myvapejuice had to close down because his credit card processor said now that vaping has been declared tobacco by the FDA, they can no longer process his orders.

May not be long before we can't order online from US businesses.

What gets to me is these little businesses that will just cave in to that shit. There are plenty of other processors out there

He should just relable his product lube and the cc processors will be knocking is door down

Here you go! :D

Back when I was a member on the Volcano forum which was closed down, this is the exact brand of crab juice that we passed around. Only rule was that you had to make a video of you opening the package and vaping it. Then you would mail it onto the next person.

I did a video but do not have it anymore. I know where to find it though and another ex member has clips of a few of us edited into the end of his video.

This was back in fucking 2009 or 10.
