Never been upgraded.
Probably will just keep it handy for power mode vaping. Irks me when a mod like that wont do what it is suppose to do. My Cube II I didnt know had pathetic TC issues and only works in nickel mode for TC, my IPV4's are pre SS TC mods as well as my Snow Wolf. Leaves me very limited on what I can vape SS wire on.
Seen I can get a few more Kbox 120's for $35 with free shipping, thinking seriously of picking up a few more of them before August.

That might explain it. I was vaping it with dual 12 wrap 26 ga SS coils at 3 mm at .48 ohms and was getting occasional dryish hits when chain vaping. Then realized I had the deck with the smaller holes so stripped the other deck with the larger feed holes and built dual 10 wrap 26 ga 3mm SS coils that come out at .37 on the RX200. Yet it vaped perfectly yesterday and ran a couple tanks of juice thru it. This morning when I took it off charge is when it started having issues so donno.
I never could stand Ni or Ti vapes. The flavor always seemed muted to me but with SS coils doing TC the flavor is crisp and good so would like to try it some more.
I think those RX's were basically programmed for NI, if you get anything else to work after updating the software it's a bonus.

Just mixed up 120 ml of some butterscotch juice with the new soy VG I ordered. For $10 a gallon I had to give it a try. The soy VG taste as sweet as regular VG, cant tell no difference from that, will see how it vapes tomorrow after a long hot steep in the UC.
I know what that guy needs..... A Nic -o -*Dick size XL the oh how am I getting that in my mouth.......

Well a little spit back is sometimes needed for you to realize your doing something wrong...... It's like when you take your mod out your pocket and take a big unexpected 8 second 250 watt dry hit...... WTF...... That type of feel...... Then you learn to lock your mod wattage the hard way.........

Had that happen today but dont know why for the mod was still set on 50 watts. Got into the car at the clinic I had to go to, grabbed my vape and had a massive dry hit. Looked at it and all was ok, tried it again and it was fine.

Unexpected shit happens a lot...... I mean a lot I took these 5 or 6 hits on my Boreas at 120 watts...... I here a click and then feel a burning sensation on my hand....... I look at the tank and a big fucking crack and juice running everywhere...... So I smiled out a new tank on and cranked it up to 160 watts to see if that shit would happen again........

I always top fill my Boreas. On the few occasions that I forgot to close the air/juice control rings this has happen. Vaping at 65 watts I have burnt the piss out of my hand. At 120 watts I probably would of thrown it against a wall.

Done figured, if I absolutely needed to, despite it being rough as hell ... I would stop using nicotine altogether. That means I would stop vaping. I've seen now, I don't need the nicotine, or tobacco.
That resonates with me character wise. I keep surviving, it's what I do. If that means making do without, so it is. Rather prefer not to quit vaping as I enjoy the nicotine & the way I'm using it. Know though I could quit. Could have never said as much about cigarettes or tobacco, just cold turkey. I probably could have but it would have been more difficult on so many orders of magnitude.
