So, I ordered the OBS Engine RTA (Black) and 2 coils on January 2nd. It is now January 9th and I'm still yet to receive any email updates on my order. Really.. anything at all. On the website it still says that my order is "Processing" and I'm just trying to figure out why this is taking so long?

All items were in stock when I purchased them and all items were under the "24 hour shipping" category. Needless to say, I was mislead by that. The money for my order was taken from my account and since then I haven't heard anything about my order. Customer support.. yeah, good luck with that. No response.

Basically, I'm just looking for some answers and if anyone else has experienced this type of service? It's been a week and my order is still "Processing" after ordering something under a "24 hour shipping" category and it's getting ridiculous. Thanks

Order from China to save a few bucks and if you don't care it arrives weeks later...Otherwise order regionally.

I have placed 5 orders with Efun.top. You get an email when the order is placed and another when it ships with your tracking number. That's it. China is not always good at inventory counts especially if you bought it on sale. That said, I have received every order I placed. Shipping times can definitely vary as well. Mine have varied between 9 and 34 days.

Yeah, I would have definitely reconsidered my purchase had I known that. Really, the 24 hour shipping is what drawn me to it and this was my first time ordering from them. I guess I'm just getting very impatient not knowing anything about my order because it still says "Processing." Once I get a tracking number it would be better, I suppose. I definitely didn't want to wait almost a month for the purchase though. Oh well. Thanks for the reply

Usually when tracking from China I'll see something like 'origin post is preparing shipment'. It will stay that way for several days, then all of a sudden it will show up here in the US. I'm assuming at customs or something. After 2-5 more days, it leaves there and begins a wind to my location.

I'm a little worried about my latest FT shipment. They got it out OK, seemed to stall in China for a week and a half, then appeared here. After it left Chicago, it went to a totally new location I've never seen before, just outside of Chicago. Been sitting there for 3 days now. Never saw that route before with that stall; hope they're not doing something with my package! :mad:

You need to have some patience when ordering from China. You can probably cancel your order by going into contact us and sending an email to [email protected]. Just tell them you no longer want the product.

I placed an order a few days ago for a couple of digiflavor sirens. They said they were in stock but mine have not shipped. So same situation as yours. Price is too good to cancel so will wait.

Just so you know, with Chinese companies, 24 hour ship means they will mail it within 24 hours.

It can still take a week to be "sorted" and sent through China mail, and take UP TO 6 weeks to receive your stuff in your paws.

Sometimes you can get your stuff in a week, but that is NOT the norm.

I would say in your situation, they were out of stock, and you are stuck waiting for them to get it in stock before they can ship it. You can always dispute with paypal if you paid with that. You have 45 days from the day you paid, to file a dispute with them.

Had the same thing end of december... said in stock, but it took about 10 days before I received my "it shipped" mail......but I know that's how it works in China shops, though some are better than others (24 shipment on 3F has always shipped to me within 24hrs, same for FT "in stock" items)

Sorry for late I just come back for some personal reasons .
I've replied you via private msg, sorry for all inconvenience , it is really our fault , we will improve our service in the future , and we need to think more about customer service , thanks for your voice .

I ordered a few things too 6 days and now my order says complete but I have no tracking number so am a bit lost as what to do as op say they don't answer me back from my emails?
