Ejuice DIY question

I recently bought a gallon of PG from a supplier. I stoped myself before mixing it into my base until I speak with someone more experienced than I.
It is called ProTec Plus. It does say on it "non toxic" and "food grade" but several other things have stopped me. It says on the bottle
-Non Toxic
- Propylene Glycol Heat Transfer Fluid.
- Below -60 heat protection
- Minus 100 burst protection
-Food Grade Coronation Inhibitor
-95% Glycol

Upon opening the lid it appears to be blue in color. All flags went up to stop and get some advice. If someone could please confirm if this is safe to use or not.

Personally, I wouldn't use it since it is only 95% and has corrosion inhibitor. It states it is food grade because the usage may be around food products/areas involved. Please buy pg that is safe. Here is a example of what diy'ers look for when purchasing PG.

yah - the blue color would definitely send up a flag for me - USP grade is a must for me

Sounds like RV water tank antifreeze. Used for winterizing the water system.
