Could you provide more information please?
Do you get an error, doesn't show the right ohms, temperature mode or wattage mode etc. Or if you get vape but it isn't say satisfying for you. Anything you could provide would help us to help you. Just saying I can't get it to vape just leads us to make assumptions

No not any error messages once I got a light vape out of it that' all
If in wattage mode increase the watts and see if you get more out of it. If in temperature mode increase either the watt to get faster to the temperature you would like to archive, or increase the temperature in segments of 10 overall. If you feel that a specific tc mode isn't giving you satisfaction, switch to xxx mode and in or decrease the fsk percentage.
