Does anyone happen to know through company that element vape uses to ship juices. My delivery was supposed to be here Monday but it shows a failed delivery with no other info like how to contact them or if they will try to deliver again. I've emailed element vape but they couldn't give me a company name or any information at all really.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Element Vape is okay as long as you have no problems with your purchase...
But the second you have a problem, it turns into the "Impossible Circus Return". (typical with some Chinese vendors)

I'm (was) a 4 year customer, mebbe ~five transactions, and everything always worked... until it didn't. This was all over a DOA $30 pod mod, part of a ~$110 order.
After several emails, they wrote back and said they wanted a video demonstrating it's... brokenness. So I provided the requested video showing a comparison with one that does work properly.

Then the runaround got even worse. I was referred to Element Vape's 'Return site'. I was asked to fill out a downright intrusive form much of which had nothing to do with my purchase. I JUST WANTED AN EXCHANGE FFS!! I made the video, yet they still wanted the dead pod back.:blah:They want me to pay for the shipping to return it, and THEN they'll send me a replacement. Uhh huh...

As soon as I realized I was being sandbagged into just giving up, I called my bank and cancelled the $30 part of the transaction.
Element Vape did not dispute my cancellation of the item.

I cancelled my EV account and I figure I'm lucky.

I did finally get them purchase delivered on Saturday but never could get accurate shipment tracking. Luckily the guy delivering Saturday called me in advance and actually left a message so I knew it wasn't a garbage call. Element vape was no help what so ever. I can't decide if I want to keep ordering juice through them or try to find another website that carries the main brands I like. I'm just trying to get away from the "vape" stores near me and get juices i can't find near me plus the juices in the stores near me are always 3 or 4 years past the born on date where the juices I got from element vape were just about 6 months past the born on date

If you ordered after forming an account, then there is something akin to tracking info available on your page there. But if you ordered as a guest, you got nutin...

Their delivery service seems to be a network of very small shippers.

I did have an account but on elements page it just showed order processed and never went to in transit. I did a random search on Google where I out "tracking number xxxxxxxxx" and found a random website that allows you too track any package whether it's ups fedex or some random company but it didn't have the best info but better than element. And through that website was how I learned it was coming last Monday, but it was while I was at work.
Saturday when he delivered it he called ahead so I looked back through my caller ID and he did call Monday but never left a voicemail so I just thought it was junk.
Since I live in NC I get hit with a huge tax when checking out but I'd still rather use the reputable online dealers that have better brands and wicking cotton and juice that isn't 3 or 4 years past the born on date but dealing with the shipping is such a pain.

I have had issues with them in the past. When I was 65 years old (71 now) they wanted me to prove my age. They wanted documentation that I wouldn't provide to anyone on line for any reason. I cancelled my order and stayed away for a number of years. Now I am again in good favor and have had no further problems.
Like the OP says, everything goes smoothly with these people until it doesn't

Did the driver actually check your age because mine didn't, the shipping sucked but the driver was a nice guy I just don't understand why he called the first time and never left a message with the amount of spam calls, but the second time he left a message. But during the time between the first try and second try it was anyone's guess whether it was still coming so I had to go in late to work all week.

There was no driver involved. My problem with EV was after I made an order, they sent me an e-mail demanding I prove who I was and how old I was. I hadn't been "carded' at that time for 50 years. I figure they had recently been caught selling to underage kids and were feeling a little salty. So I said *uck `em and feed `em fish heads at that time and spent most of my vape money at Fast Tech. After FT went tits up I went back to EV. I haven't shopped at any vape shop for many years now. I hate vape shops.

I’m lucky my mailman or delivery person just leaves the package at my door without having to sign for it. I can’t remember last time I had to sign for any vape products through any delivery service. Must be the outlier.

I placed 3 orders with EV this year. The 1st one was shipped by their carrier network in January and took 17 days to get here. Left in mailbox, no sig. The 2nd one arrived via USPS in about 9 days. To be fair, they were OOS on one of my items and it took me a day to reply to their email. My last order for 2 mods and a pack of coils was placed last Thursday, and arrived via USPS this Monday.

Every time I've ordered wick, wire, rdas, rdtas, mods, or batteries they have always been very quick but they can use usps, ups, or FedEx. I've ordered juice from quite a few since the only vape shops in my area are tobacco stores that sell some vape stuff and most are barely carrying juices and just selling disposable. But out of all the places I've ordered none have really been great due to them not being able to use usps, ups, FedEx but I've had some that were better than others by having their own website to track and calling ahead of delivery to give an eta on when they will be arriving or if they miss they at least call or leave something on the door so you know how to get ahold of them to schedule another time for them to deliver or if you want to pick it up from them. It was absolutely ridiculous for me to have to get up every day and just sit watching for them and being late for work for the entire week.

In Az, I had a vape package turned around for a day because the employee
at my postbox place wasn't 18. :giggle::vapemail:
