The newest thing that I have heard of is caffeine vaping! Of course I would also have to say that the wireless charging and temp control are definitely up with the newer technology and the innocell technology giving longer life to batteries and top fill tanks are trending right now as well! I see temperature-controlled mods becoming more aesthetically pleasing with improved ergonomic design. Something that's lovely to look at and fits the hand like a worry stone. Combined with leak-proof tanks (think Herakles) and Titanium coils which will become less expensive as they become more commonplace.
