Next staff meeting you need to bring up the 4 Hour SLA that the customer get and how you require a working Network to be able to meet those SLA's! One time I needed an installation document and a sign off sheet before I could leave for the site. Time was ticking and I had the PM and Support working on the issue because from my remote location really nothing I could do. I wound up find a work around and was able to get what I needed and the PM asked me what I did but never told support because he wanted to see how long it would take then to get back to him. Still waiting...........
