FDA regulations that become effective August 8th of this year. With those regulations I, DIY Flavor Shack, am sorry to say that we will no longer be able to provide any e-liquid that contains nicotine for contests or giveaways. This is one of the major stipulations. The only way would to be to charge for the product and that defeats the purpose of a "Contest".

DIY Flavor Shack is willing to participate. With their help and help, hopefully, from some other vendors, and members helping each other, we can get this done!!!!
