Electronic, the inside unit is working but the fan motor or something went out on the outside unit.. We have a couple little window units in for the night because the place we have to order the part from is closed today. But these poor little window units can't even get it below 81 in here.. Guess it's alot better than nothing though

Oh central air? If it is the cooling fan on the compressor you can jury rig a cooling fan with a box fan.

It's this HUGE fireworks display out of San Diego, they claim the biggest on the west coast.
