I feel we have invested time into something that will never facilitate. It's like telling your kids they can have candy-then saying " just kidding".i also noticed they never made the goal on fb..twitter or google ither. i guess if u make a high enough count knowing it cant be reached..u dont have to give any away.
I noticed other Chinese companies completed their giveaways despite their holiday.
