$ whois upvir.al
This TLD has no whois server.

Yet...

$ host upvir.al
upvir.al has address 104.27.181.200
upvir.al has address 104.27.180.200
upvir.al mail is handled by 10 mail.upvir.al.

Very strange. That, coupled with "upvir.al", re-arranged, gets you "up viral"... I think I'm a-gonna pass on this one.
