At least you got to go! LOL I am still stuck here, if I am not at a Drs appt, or the hospital either having a test or in the pool therapy there trying to get some relief, I am in bed or the bath tub!!! I am now getting to the point of absolute crazy! Between the pain and waiting for results I think I will go crazy!
It took 7 digs, 3 blown veins, and 2 people with a third standing by just to get a line in me so that they could do the bone scan this week, sorry if I posted that earlier, I just needed to rant.
I did go see my school kiddos Friday when my mom had me out, thinking it would cheer me up, but only broke my heart, because these 2nd graders were crying wanting their teacher back and I felt like I had deserted them!
Anyway, Bigdaddy, how is your daughter doing? Hope everyone else is well! I need to check out your sales while they are going on. Been trying to watch the spending though as I think my sick days will soon be running out, and will have to start the FLMA. Which I don't think I will be paid for, ughhhhh.

Well I wonder what today is going to be like... I woke up to find a bottle with about 5mls of WTF in it Off to a good start, now just hope it continues.
@Damwow, yep FMLA is normally unpaid unless you have a disability insurance plan through you company, privately (Afflack), or through your state like in CA. I was fortunate that I believe in insurance and have enough issues most of my life that I paid to up my companies disablity insurance from 50% salary to 66% which was a great plan since it doesn't look like I'll ever be returning to work.
@Thayer, clear sinuses and a massive buzz, what more could you ask for?
@BIGDaddyInkd, glad to hear that the DD is improving. Trying to figure out meds and levels can be a very long process. It took almost 2 years to find the meds and levels that would help me best and we just tweaked them again in the last 6 weeks so my current titrations are done and I think they helped. Unfortunately I think that my body gets used to a med and figures out how to defeat the med and it loses effectiveness so we have to go find another one every 1 to 2 years.

BigDaddy, I think of your family often. Especially when I get scared or upset over my own health situation right now, I remind myself, I could be worse off, it could be my child being tested for all of this stuff that iam and I wonder about your daughter and how she is doing.

Ugh just got off an hour long phone call, good and amazing earth shattering unfathomable news, not bad at all but the opposite. I feel like I am teenager again and just found a girl willing to do it... all shaking and sweaty and nervous.
So trying not to jinx it and trying to not dance around doing happy back flips and twerking for joy. Nah fuck that the wave wore off and now just trying not to puke.
I wish I could go into some detail but I cannot yet nothing is set even in sand let alone stone but it is very, very, very good news for mom I am so excited for her.. I am just the match trying to start the fire for her.
@Damwow sorry the vampires were lacking in skill... getting IVs started in a clinical setting is cake and it boggles my mind how people can fuck them up so badly. I can see blowing a vein or diffusing or even infiltrating in the field when bullets and dirt is flying around you... but in a clinical setting, never.
I even offered to start my mother's for her monthly infusions if the Dr. would allow me since he is such an incompetent prick. Thankfully she found a new place and is considering filing a malpractice suit against the former clinic.
@JustMe I wish I was in a place I could more than offer up prayers for your family and kiddo but currently that is all we can spare.
