I believe I know why.
When VU used to allow tagging friends in contests to get more and more members to participate, it got to the point that some people were getting tired of being tagged and getting a notification every five minutes. So the solution was to NOT allow tagging members as a condition of contest entry. Hope that made sense.

Tagging the winner is a must in a contest. It's requiring that members tag others as part of the contest that is not allowed.

Wow - it has been so hot and sunny here the last few days, but the rain rolled in and will be bringing cooler temps! I have had some great weather to finally get outside and get some yard work done- along with sitting in my lawn chair just enjoying the day!
