I know, the house my grandpa built out of materials from the dump during the depression just sold for just under $700,000

Oh yeah, very expensive area! What done Realtors do is price it low on purpose, the price of the house is what someone will pay for it, the market will make corrections and there will be a bidding war as you saw. So the price that the house sold for was deemed "fair market value" at that moment. It sold for an unusually amount over asking price, good for the family. I used to be a realtor, sorry I bored you all.
Well I have gone and done it now.... Just put in my 1st order on stuff to try my hand at diy.

Hey y'all! What's been happening? I've been swamped with work and home improvements. I finally have a contract on my current house and should close by the end of next month. We also should have the fixer upper done by the middle of next month, well... the inside of it! Woot woot!! So, I hope to get into the rotation come November!!!

Looks neat. Not sure what the final idea will be but we are working on a ideas for some new tattoos next month at bonus time.
Finally relaxing at home. Took my son to the air show. It was his first time at 6 years old. Got to watch the Thunderbirds. He had a blast and I felt like a kid again. Even got to take him inside a C-130. He was in awe. Was really cute.
