and here I thought the thread had gotten all quiet and folks busy with life stuff. For some reason I stopped getting notices for this thread even though I had it watched :(

@Dawn0810 - I can see having to sign for eliquid, especially if it contains nic, but things like wire and such? That's nuts! Friggin over-reaching govt asshats. I gotta say I'm fortunate that my state legislatures have pretty much embraced vaping. The only state-level laws & regs we have is an 18yr old purchase restriction (but nothing about shipments) and no vaping (or smoking) on state owned property.

Well MA will tax anything they can and I agree things with nicotine should be checked to see who is receiving them but wire that's nuts and the age you have to be 21 for wire but 18 for cigarettes. Thank god I have family in NH. I ordered a gallon of Nic last night and there was no tax and no ID requirements for delivery but for wire they're making you do it that's what I find crazy. I aways used Lightning vapes for my kanthal and nichrome and will still if everyone will make us do it thank goodness I mostly use SS from a company that sells one pound rolls and It's not a vaping company

Was thinking some more on this, and as long as the business isn't located in MA, it shouldn't matter. The MA law has no teeth in regards to the out of state company because they don't have any jurisdiction over the out of state company. Same for Calif and their recent anti-vaping laws.

Good morning everyone. Just checking in, anything exciting happening? Thanks again for the tank recommendations, my co-worker has been happily vaping his face off for the last week.

No idea it was a surprise "prize" it's the tf-rdta

I've looked a little into that tank but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I would only do the g2 deck myself. The idea of putting 4 coils into a deck is just umm no to me. Plus I think it would be a pain to wick. But definitely would do the g2 deck for sure.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Nice, so even starts off with a prebuilt setup. That's the g2 deck then. That one is better IMO. I hope you like it. I was thinking of getting one, will be my first Smok product. I'll be quite curious to hear your thoughts o.k. this tank.

The TF-RDTA only comes with one deck. It's closer to the Aromamizer or Boreas than the Griffin, etc...

I've never had either tank. I do want a Boreas though. Only rta's I have are the Alleria and Griffin 22.

I can see their point of view in that they don't want any headaches. Even if the state is in the wrong regarding jurisdiction, they can still try to sue over it. If they did, though, it should be able to be tossed out. Nonetheless. . .

I had been wondering if the FDA thing was going to affect shipments or not. Looks like it might indeed come Aug :( :(

I think by doing this people might risk safety and trying to vape whatever wire they find at any local store and why 21 when you can buy cigarettes at 18???

A few nights ago after seeing how many RDA's seem to have found their way into the box i decided to wrap up some coils and mess around with my only RDA which is a Velocity clone from fasttech. I only ordered it to taste test juice and play around at my desk with as i have no want to tote a bottle of juice around every where i go but haven't given it much thought lately until now. So i grabbed the ole trusty drill and some wire, decided to go big and went with 3 strands of 28g kanthal claptoned with 32g kanthal for funzies. Even at 100w its still nice and cool but holy shit balls is the flavor/vape production amazingly different than my RTAs. I still have 0 desire to own a mech mod but i am seeing another RDA or 2 in my future to mess with.

Excellent point regarding the wire. And I hear ya on the age thing. It's asinine. It also shows that they hate anything that takes away from their tobacco tax monies, even if it means encouraging kids to smoke cigarettes.
