Who did you talk to at DW and did you happen to buy yours from us at EVC? We've sold over 50 of these mods at EVCigarettes and we've only had 1 customer that had an issue with the battery contact issue. When we spoke with DW they were able to get us replacement contacts for that mod.

Yup, DW has been very responsive as far as we're concerned. Maybe we've just had good luck with most of our Cthulhu Mods not having an issue with the battery contacts breaking. We also have 3 employees here that have used theirs since it released and have not had any issues and you can imagine how much use they put into their mods while working in a vape shop. lol. I believe if those customers contact the companies that they bought their mod from, that company would be able to do as we did and get replacement contacts sent out for an easy fix.
