Did you know if a lab test for Diacetyl with finding no trace of it, then sits on the shelf for a year, and retested that may be positive for Diacetyl with certain flavors.

ok just to share my thoughts
while looking at the graph and even after reading everything in the link it appears that vaping DA is no where near the same as what the popcorn factory inhaled.
BUT just because thats how much they inhaled doesnt mean it took THAT MUCH to cause popcorn lung.

BUT since no cases of popcorn lung have been reported from smokers - which could just be because there are so many other issues with smokers BO gets missed or overlooked.

So we dont know if the levels of DA from smoking is enough to cause BO

We also do not know if its DA alone that cause BO

We also dont know ALOT

but we do know the amount of DA in vaping is MUCH LOWER then a cigarette
We also know DA MAY be lnked to BO
And thats all you need to know
Now you can decide for yourself How much if any DA your willing to risk inhaling
IF and the big IF you are informed and eliquid makers tell you if they use DA or not
