Having problems with my EVIC for past couple days. Yesterday my device wouldnt power up but after letting charge for about 15 minutes it finally powered up. This morning i woke up and noticed it was on and settings where set to 60w over 4 volts. I nver vape that on RDA so i went to see if i can turn settings down . I wasnt able to do so at all my knob doesnt work but my power button was actually adjusting my wattage. I dont know what is going on with device. It still reads atomizer resistance, Stealth ON/Off works while pressing down for few seconds. I'm unable to turn off my deivce

Do you have an type of warranty still? i'd send an email to EVIC manufacturer to mention an product warranty and to make them aware of it. I'm not quite sure how to even fix this, but if you did fix it, ..who knows what might happen. wish the best for you. and be safe.

Looks like warranty is only 90 days long, (wow).. but still, i'd call them/email them, they are the makers, they will know whats what.

You won it back in August, it has a 90 day warranty, you should be okay with a warranty replacement or repair at this point, but I wouldn't wait too long as that window is about to close on you.

Forgot to mention, you could try contacting the place where you won it. They may stand behind it even though you didn't technically "buy" it. It did come from them, and they likely have agreements with suppliers for defective products.
