Evkoo showed up on VU sometime in September and let us know they were a new company with a newly launched website. I checked out the site and saw they had what I had been looking for - an all black ZNA30 clone. After some pm conversations with the rep, I was told that their ZNA30 was the Wotofo version and that the warranty was 6 months. I decided to take a chance on this new company and I placed my order using their 10% off coupon. That was on September 25, 2014. My order shipped on September 27, 2014 and arrived yesterday, October 9, 2014....exactly 2 weeks after the order was placed. Pretty impressive.

Now I thought I was only going to get the 18500 tube because that was the only option in the drop down list. But I received both tubes (18500 AND 18650) plus a nice black leather like case with ZEN etched on it.

Now since I have only been using it for 24 hours, this is not a review of the product, rather just a review of Evkoo the company. And I must say that from pre-order to delivery, Evkoo has been excellent. The VU rep (name unknown) was very responsive answering my questions and once the order was placed, customer service rep Colly emailed me from China every step of the way. I even received an email from her yesterday asking if I had received my package and to let her know if I had any problems. So the customer service, at least up to this point, has also been impressive.

So while Evkoo's prices aren't Fasttech cheap, they are reasonable. Plus they have fast free shipping and their customer service is very responsive. The true test though will be if I ever have any warranty issues, which I hope I don't have. So if you are on the fence about trying out a new China ecig vendor, @evkoo.com gets a thumbs up from me.

I just came across a listing on your site for a pre-order on the Yihi SX mini, which Yihi claims to be false as they have to released this product for pre-sale, nor have they set any final pricing for the device. And they also state that they will not be supplying the SX Mini to any Chinese resellers ... Do you care to explain? :)

Thanks for the review Kream. I value your opinion. Since Fasttech is getting too big for customer service, and Focalcig is a dirty evil company, Im going to give Evkoo a try, but Focal does have some good bought and paid for pimps. Thanks, for the heads up.
 
Personally I don't trust the way this company conduct themselves, particularly on Facebook with their pre-orders for devices with incorrect specs (YiHi SX Mini) and their Hana DNA 30's that their representative is stating as "Authentic".

Look through their FB page and comments on their website, I am yet to find one positive with nearly every one asking where their shipment is.

Add to that a review by Kream that has been used on their FB as an endorsement which they were coincidentally the first to reply to.

*The cancellation process is extremely tedious, they don't reply for several days and then suddenly when they do reply it's when they conveniently have the merchandise and try to get you to change your mind. I have exchanged about 8 messages with them now but still no refund.

I ordered an eleaf istick 20w from them 2 weeks ago. Just got home from work to find my package. Opened it and this is what I received. Raging. Was looking fwd to using the istick. How could they make such a mistake?!

@mwshando sorry to hear about the mix up. Hopefully you are able to get through with somebody on what you need to do so you can get your iStick. If they happen to tell you to keep those atomizers, and you are interested in selling one, let me know. I've been wanting to try one of those Eleaf GS atomizers for my wife. She uses the iStick as her ADV, and it currently has an Aerotank V2 on it. I'm tired of rebuilding the little tiny coil heads.

I sent them a msg on Facebook and an email so we will see what happens. My emails clearly state eleaf istick 20w!

Accidents happen. Don't give up on the company if they can make it right. Some will and some won't. If they value their customers it will show in how they resolve problems to preserve their integrity and get repeat business. I know how frustrating it is when you're anxiously awaiting the goods and then something happens, dealt with this too many times. Most worked it out to my reasonable expectations and I ended up coming back. Some did not, such as life. You move on until you find the right fit. Hope you get your i Stick soon, it's a very nice mod and I think you'll enjoy it.
 
I feel it's only fair I should report back with my experience with them since the previous time.

As I was fully refunded (I believe they were completely overwhelmed with iStick orders and let down on several fronts) I felt they deserved another chance.
I ordered 2x iPV Mini (after emailing them to check stock first). Ordered on the Saturday, shipped on the Monday. Shipping took a while (about 3 weeks at least) but received my order and a complimentary strawberry cartomizer.

I will use them again.
 
After me receiving the wrong order they gave me the other person's details they sent my istick to. She also had my details and we had to post them to one another. Evkoo said they would refund the p&p charges.
I also would use them again and give them a second chance as their prices are amazing.
