Evkoo showed up on VU sometime in September and let us know they were a new company with a newly launched website. I checked out the site and saw they had what I had been looking for - an all black ZNA30 clone. After some pm conversations with the rep, I was told that their ZNA30 was the Wotofo version and that the warranty was 6 months. I decided to take a chance on this new company and I placed my order using their 10% off coupon. That was on September 25, 2014. My order shipped on September 27, 2014 and arrived yesterday, October 9, 2014....exactly 2 weeks after the order was placed. Pretty impressive.
Now I thought I was only going to get the 18500 tube because that was the only option in the drop down list. But I received both tubes (18500 AND 18650) plus a nice black leather like case with ZEN etched on it.

Now since I have only been using it for 24 hours, this is not a review of the product, rather just a review of Evkoo the company. And I must say that from pre-order to delivery, Evkoo has been excellent. The VU rep (name unknown) was very responsive answering my questions and once the order was placed, customer service rep Colly emailed me from China every step of the way. I even received an email from her yesterday asking if I had received my package and to let her know if I had any problems. So the customer service, at least up to this point, has also been impressive.
So while Evkoo's prices aren't Fasttech cheap, they are reasonable. Plus they have fast free shipping and their customer service is very responsive. The true test though will be if I ever have any warranty issues, which I hope I don't have. So if you are on the fence about trying out a new China ecig vendor, @evkoo.com gets a thumbs up from me.
