The Fable Legends beta has officially closed as of today, according to a blog post on the official Fable Legends website.
The game's cancellation was originally announced in March, but the beta remained online online until today, albeit with the ability to purchase in-game items with real-world money de-activated. If you happen to be one of the many folks who already dropped a few bucks on the ill-fated game, worry not; Microsoft is already beginning to process your refund. The post states that if you haven't received your refund yet, to keep checking your messages either on your Xbox One, or through the Xbox app on Windows 10.
