Finally got to less than screaming discomfort from a nifty sunburn this morning. Started my day early with coffee.
SO
This morning it took every ounce of self control not to beat a motherfucker to death this morning.
We spend a fucking load of scratch to live in a decent area every month... WAS a nice clean safe complex surrounded by smug assholes with their mommy mobiles (hybrid suvs. and prious) with over priced NICE homes.
new management came in and it has gone to hell is small steps. Tons of trash, stuff going to pot and the lax tude from the office. Been here for years and this is the small steps for us to consider ending the lease and getting the fuck out.

So I stumbled over a homeless asshole camping behind our garages while I picking wild blackberries, the blackberries which are on a wilderness part of the complex and have permission to do so.. this old crusty bastard had no shame taking his time, dumping his gear in the landscaping, whipping his cock out and pissing on said landscaping and a residents car. My disgust quickly went to full anger as he started stripping berries off by the handfuls like he was a paying resident here.
I told to get the fuck off the property before beat him the fuck to death.
It is fucking gross enough he fishes in the dumpsters with a coat hanger everyday ripping open every bag of trash.. getting caught behind the space of the dumpsters camping out. .. But to motherfucking piss all over and shrug off like we owe him a fucking bathroom and a camp site..

Nah fuck that.

Any chance you can find and contact the folks or company that actually owns the property and tell them the current property manager is doing such a poor job that he is devaluing their investment?

Mismanagement has made it clear they will do nothing, they want me to call the popo and for them to trespass the bums... which does not fucking work in this state because a rep of the property needs to trespass them first.

Thats why I had the idea to track down the actual owners of the property.

I don't know what the laws are in your state, but in many states you can withhold portions of or all of the rent until they deal with any issues that you as a tenant are having.

Just make sure you put the money you are withholding in a separate interest bearing account which you then hand over once they have dealt with your issues.

In this case it sounds like a loss of being able to safely enjoy your living conditions as a tenant.

And no, I am not an attorney but I have had coffee with one at a Holiday Inn Express!

Across the street, they trash our pool and club house.
But for some reason I am still confused by this... they advertise a multi week vacation to Mexico on move in... but 3/4 of their residents are illegal....

I know the same sign has been there at least for a decade. It is the same thing I have thought.
When I moved in I turned to mom and asked her this "Why are they offering vacations to a place they just left?".
