Well, ive had this copper nemesis for almost a week or so and i really like this mod..when i recieved it ,it already had some magnets installed (looks like fasttech magnets) in the switch but wasnt happy really with how it felt.
I found that the firing pin on the switch had to be turned out too far to make contact and that just made the switch feel like garbage.
The mod still had the really small ring between the 2 tubes that make it 18650 mode (with a kick?) and this was causing the extra distance needed with the firing pin...I tried to remove it by hand but could not get it to come off...so i sacrificed the ring all together and pried it off with a pair of pliers..The ring was on so tight it actually ripped the copper while trying to get it off...wasnt a pretty sight..lol

Needless to say the firing pin on the button can now be tightened down fully and this button is now buttery smooth from any angle i press the button...i dont even really hear a clicky sound to it at all...Im sure some even better N50 magnets will make it better.
So, now i figured i would try some fat daddy vapes silver plated firing pins for a little upgrade...well that didnt turn out so well.
The top firing pin is so thick at the 510 where it makes contact to the battery , that i couldnt come close to installing the firing button down all the way down..it looked like this with the top fatdaddys firing pin installed...Certainly not pleasant looking..Now that i think about it that ring that i had to destroy to get off may have been the space i needed to use the new fat daddys contact pins..Oh well.

So the fatdaddys firing pin set is not going to happen on my nemesis.
Upon doing some research i have found pure copper firing pins which im going to give a try...they seem to be direct replacements but a little expensive...The only place i could find these are from vape royalty at $9.99 a set and with shipping just over $13.00.

Ive found my rice pin to be of solid brass to my surprise (no silver plating) so, i may as well make this a 100 percent copper mod and find a solid copper pin for it...If anyone knows where to find solid copper rice pins (without plating) ,please let me know...i dont have my calipers with me to properly measure the pin for diameter or i would just buy a solid copper rod and make some...lol

Ive just recently ordered the Kepler hybrid top cap in copper and will hope all goes well with that piece and gives me some "hybrid" performance from this nemesis...its no slouch right now but to make it hybrid would really kick it up a notch or 2.

I like my copper SMPL performance wise as one would with a hybrid but dont care for the switch on them... there is just something about the nemesis ive always liked and this has been my most used mod so far since diving into tube mech mods.
I'll keep those interested on how well the hybrid cap works and the rest of it as i receive the parts...Thanks for looking.
