First Coil Build Ever

Hey guys, just wanted to share my first coil build, dual macro could with 24 g kanthal on my Doge RDA sitting on top of my 60w box. A little underpowered but I'm not buying a new mod until I hit this expo next month let me know what you think.

Yea man they were good to go! Fired right up, and glowing right, I've done a lot more since they and they just keep getting better. What I want to know now is a good nickel build, I have a TC device so I wanna start using it, I've been hearing nothin but good things

It depends on what TC you have but a .1ish is what your looking for if its a DNA40 device. Ni200 is like butter to work with and it requires a lot more surface area than Kanthal

3mm inside diameter in an RDA about 11/12 wraps

Roger that, it'll put you in the 0.1 with 26g in single ... if memory serves, and dual with 28 you should land about a 0.09 which should work out fine on the ipv I believe

Cool man I appreciate it, the only other thing I'm not tracking is what temperature to run them on, or is that just personal preference. Also, did you serve?

Oh crap, negative, they wouldn't take me my knees were blown out from football.
My grandfather was a hardass paratrooper that mentally never left germany, plus I spent 23years as a chef so the vernacular stuck.

Temp wise its really personal taste and you'll just wanna play with it till you find what you like... different atty like a different combination of power/temperature and you'll see where you like it.

That sucks man, I fucked up my ankle overseas. But i appreciate the help with everything and I'll post pics/updates whenever I get some extra scratch to pick up some wire

My first TC build was 3mm and about 15 wraps of 26G in my Troll on my Dna40 vaporshark, came out to .2 ( I think.... )

Do you always have to space the wraps with nickel?
