I'd pass. It's all decent kit ... but it's all old news. Like overstock they're trying to dump by pre-packaging it for noobs.
Last year's Nitecore charger (around $15), a $6 Nimbus clone, a $2 drip tip, a US price point (under $30... less ordered from a China vendor) Kamry K101 (frequently, a problematic mod with sub-ohm builds), $20 or less worth of batteries, a few bucks worth of Chinese Kanthal and a bit of cotton.
So... maybe $75 retail worth of stuff. If around $100 is your price point... you can do better.
And you still need a build boxs/ohm meter and/or a DMM to test your kit and confirm your build resistance.
