First time building coils will these work?

So I was playing around with some 26 AWT and some 32g kanthal. I build a fused Clapton with those both. I then took 3 straight 32g and wrapped it in 32g so I guess it's considered a fused Clapton? Will this work obviously I have to play around with it more and check the ohm and see what will work.

Sure it'll work!

That's one of the best things about building your own coils - playing around with new ideas!
That's exactly how builds like the alien, staple, staggered fused Clapton and other types of builds came to be.

Thanks Chef. I just want to make sure. I got some twisted messes Nichrome to play around with and some 24 and 26 gauge. Practice makes perfect so I am just going to keep going.
