Nice doc, although I don't DIY. Interested to see the final version, however considering you are less than a quarter of the way there I am also interested in either some macro work to make it more easily accessible or a web front for it.

Glad it's been useful. I've been busy lately, so I haven't added any new ingredients. I'm with you @OB61887.. I would like to do a web frontend for this.

I hope you can include tobacco's as well?
No tobaccos in the reference I'm using. But with enough R&D, I could come up with a separate chart that lists the notes in the various tobaccos which could be used to pair with other flavors or tobaccos.
