Flavor shelf life

Hello All,-

Yea, yea, I've read a ton of stuff on the internet.
I'm more interested in hearing how the 2+ years mixers handle their aging flavor inventory. I have flavors that are 2 years old now, and am ready to start replacing the ones I've recently used with fresh bottles.
I currently keep a basket of flavors in the freezer ( 4oz and dups) to help keep them fresh until needed, and transfer to smaller bottles as needed.
It just kind of erks me to see all the wasted money on aging flavor bottles.

How do you guys handle your aging inventory?

Thanks
Frank

Most of my 2+ year old flavors either don't get used often enough, or I just didn't like.
They will eventually hit the bin and not be reordered.
If flavors are used less often but still needed ordering 10ml at a time it's not too bad for a cost thing tho.

As an example, I have like 6 different Strawberries/brands, but I only really like INW Shisha SB.
The others will be gone and not reordered as I can usually sub with my favorite without any issues.
Even more of the Cherry flavors/brands not being used cause I don't like any so far.
Don't really know why I've kept them around for so long anyway, just hate to throw stuff out.

Unless it's a steeping juice. If i haven't used it in a year. Down the drain it goes.... it's no more a waste of money in the sewer than collecting dust on a shelf. At least by dumping it I get a free bottle to use for future juice.....

The only ones that have faded, for me, are the citrusy types... lemon, orange, lime.... that happened somewhere between 2 and 3 years. I've never had one taste bad, though.

I generally start out with 10ml bottles. Frequent flyers I'll get in a 30ml. I think I order 3 flavorings, for myself, in a 120. I mix for a buddy, I buy hers in 120s, because I send her multiple bottles at a time.

My wife and her friend like to Vape a blueberry mix. One day they both where complaining that it made them cough. My vanilla classic and two other flavors where about a year old. The vanilla classic was dark in color so I asummed it was the problem. They Vaped other flavors until I ordered a fresh bottle. The new bottle was very dark as well. When I made them a fresh bottle with new vc, neither of them said any thing at first and then later told me it still didn't taste right. I was about to order every flavor new and decided to write some code to report which flavors I've recently used and report the age of the flavors used. I was shocked on how many where at the 23 month mark. So here I stand, wondering how much to start replacing. I've noticed a lot of stuff i used to like just does taste right when I mix it now.

It is nice to see a use by date. Were they fa original bottles or rebottled? If rebottled, which vender did you use?

Hi Frank. I was under the impression that the bottles i got were original FA. I could be wrong but they do have all the real FA logo's etc on them. I got them here in Australia though where i live. The vendor is, ahem, juicewhore. Thankfully when they send it to you on the package it says"site magic". Id hate for the post guy who knows me to see juicewhore, who knows what he'd think lol.
