Hi John - not sure what you're asking here. Maybe if you could elaborate you'd get some more responses.
If you're asking if you can use 10% flavoring in a 9 mg unflavored liquid, the answer is yes - but it'll dilute the nicotine content by 10%, giving you about 8.1 mg vapeable liquid. Measure the flavor you add by percentage of total liquid you'll end up with - for 3 ml with 10% flavor, use 0.3 ml flavor and 2.7 ml base.

I think you're kind of lost here John. What's a flavor shot? Is it .25ml or 1ml, or even more?

Not sure what to say now. so do you put the concentrate in with the base put the lid on wait an hour then vape?.do you even give it a little shake or just let the magic happen.

Really should give it a shake, then another shake and keep shaking.
