Flavourart made a realistic rubber flavor but they gaved it a wrong name (pineapple). I had a really big expectation from this flavor.
Always glad to hear objective criticism. Is this a smell test, taste test or actual vape test? Thx.

That's a bummer man. Hope you just bought a small bottle. It's outta my cart.

Not everybody taste

It was 30ml. It's cheaper to flush 9$ flavor than 30$ premium juice :D.
But I will keep it and try it < 1% as suggested by others. I had similar situation with other flavors at first try and turned good later like Vanilla Custard V2.
And I was aware about this as HIC wrote in his notes. Took a chance :). Give it try because it's not same for everybody. Otherwise TFA Pineapple is good.

You were probably tasting the plunger from the syringe it ate;).

Works for me as a spice added to other things at 0.5%, can't really even taste it tho.
At 1-2% it needs a week or more to calm down, and not what I'd consider a stand alone flavor either IMO.

But, then again, everyone has some flavors they just hate.

I really hope that you meant that you traded them or gave them away, not poured them out. We all taste things differently, what I don't like you might love. ;)

No I didn't flushed it. I will try it at lower percentage as suggested. But yes I had to flush some premium juices to get the glassh bottle.

I also realized I haven't submitted a recipe here.

Jamaican Rum Cake

4% FA Nona Cake
1% FA Jamaican Rum
1% FA Fresh Cream
1% FA Vienna Cream
1% FA Caramel

Let sit for a week

I finally got my hands on some Nona. This was one of the first recipes I made and I could only wait 48 hours to try it. As it is -- YUM! I can't wait to see how it develops. I may have to sample daily, just to test it, right? LOL. Thank you!

It sounds good. I don't use Bavarian cream but think it will work for you.

Okay FA lovers! I recently purchased FA watermelon for some reason. I don't have a clue on what the hell I was thinking. Anyway, if you use this flavor what do you pair with it. I'm thinking Inawera Raspberry with a creme or FA lime pressed. Any ideas? Don't care for recipes just ideas since I'm clueless on why I bought this flavor.

Why is that, you don't like watermelon?

I remember liking Hubba Bubba Watermelon gum and Jolly Rancher Watermelon candies as a kid. A few years down the road, I recall spiking watermelons with rum wasn't too shabby either! :D
Oh, I like watermelon but I was going to try a different brand like Capella. I think I might try a watermelon jolly rancher flavor. Any ideas on a flavor for the tart? Or a candy base?

Lol, I did the same thing! No idea why I put it in my cart. I assume it was one of the first warm days of spring, and watermelon sounds good.
Still have no idea what I'll make with it, but I like the rum idea, NGA! ;)

Sounds good. I'm hoping to mix this weekend. I'm waiting on a order right now. Thanks Huck for the info.
Let us know what you come up with. I bet the ras is really good with it. On occasion I get in the mood for a tart mix, too.

Sure will. I feel bad because my brother asked me to make a fruit for him and I keep making dessert flavors. I know he loves watermelon so I'm going to surprise him. He will ether love it or hate it.

Going to try watermelon with strawberry and either vanilla classic or vienna cream haven't decided between the two yet. Suggestions are welcome. Not many flavours yet so pretty limited atm. Can't wait to get the rest of my ingredients to start mixing.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Hi Everyone,

I've just registered the Forum, finally! After reading a lot and ordering almost every flavour from FA, HIC's fault... :)

I'm sharing my first recipe with you, hope to be the first one of many more. Enjoy, If you like creamy and sweet banana, you certainly like this:

Morsa Banana
Bano (Banana) (FA) - 4%
Catalan Cream (FA) - 3%
Cookie (FA) - 1.5%
Cream Fresh (FA) - 1%
Meringue (FA) - 1.5%

Flavor total: 11%

Seems a high % for FA flavour but I find it well balanced as Catalan Crema and Bano are less intense than most FA flavours.

Cheers all, and special cheers to HIC who got me into this madness :)

Marshmallow@ .5
Tarimasu @ .75
[email protected]
Veana cream @ 1.0%
That would be a good starting point for you. Nice and easy.

Any suggestions for a new convert to FA flavourings who loves bakery vapes?

I've been using FA Fresh Cream and Catalan Cream since I stated DIYing about a year ago but hadn't tried any of their fruit flavours until recently. I bought FA Peach and ignorantly tried a 10% mix with TFA Bavarian Cream just to try it out an found it very over powering, of course, so diluted it to 5% and absolutely loved it!

Today I received vape mail which included a bottle of Bilberry that I bought based on HICs write up and absolutely loved it! I made a nice shake and vape cheesecake which I now can't put down (vapers tongue here I come!).

Right now I'm making a list of what my next purchases will be and want it to be mainly FA. Given that and what I've read by some of the master mixologists here I'm picking up FA Cardamom (I love Indian sweets and just the earthy warmness of the way they use spices), Black Cherry, Torrone and Vienna Cream.

Any other suggestions for must haves from FA's line for an old-ish guy with a sweet tooth?

I should also note I have FA Tiramisu and have mixed it as another HIC recipe which was 1% Tirimasu/2% Catalan/1%Fresh Cream and it was great! Reminded me of a Canadian juice companies flavour called Timmies Double Double which anyone from Canada would recognise.

The HIC version was much, much, much, much, much better but still begs the questions; how many muches are too much and what the heck else can I do with Tiramisu!?

Best advice would be to go into the recipe section and take a look. Most of what you see there will be FA recipes. Everybody has their favorites, but you will see the most used (all of the creams, vanillas, custard, cookie, meringue, fuji apple, the new nonna's cake...the list goes on forever). Just accept your fate and grab all the flavors that you can. But be VERY aware that even when you think you almost have them all, you will ALWAYS come across a recipe that calls for that ONE flavor that you don't have...LOL So plan on lots of orders :)

I just started mixing with watermelon FA today.

You can mix it with stawbery, cactus, cucumber, any other types of melons, and even orange.
