I'm looking for Shade. Neither Fusion nor DIY-EJuice has it.

I'm in Canada so those are my two main suppliers.

Can anyone tell me who in Canada might have Shade?

flavourfog.com carries FA Shade. Excellent supplier here in Canada, I use them all the time.
