Hi everyone,
I’m a new vaper and noticed inconsistent resistance readings (0.15Ω-0.28Ω) on my setup with a 0.2Ω prebuilt coil. Tried:
• Cleaning 510 connections thoroughly
• Reseating the coil multiple times
• Testing on another mod (same fluctuation)
No leaks or visible damage. Using 70/30 VG/PG juice at 65W. Occasionally get "Check Atomizer" errors.
I’ve read that minor resistance shifts (0.1-0.2Ω) might be normal, but my fluctuations are larger. Could it be related to:

- Loose post screws in the tank?
- Metal debris in the 510 thread?
- Coil material (e.g., specific wire types causing temp-based changes)?
