To avoid possible issues with any type of Mod, please, please, please ONLY uise FRESH LI batteries and make sure that they have NO nicks, scratches or blemishes on them. If you should need to get your batteries re-wrapped, only allow someone familiar and experienced working with LI batteries handle this for you.

Many types of Li-ion batteries, some are suitable for vaping and some are not, some are suitable for some vaping applications while not for others.
So to be more exact only use batteries with amp rating suitable for your application.

An intact battery wrap is crucial when used in a mech, but is less relevant in a regulated device since the body of the mod is not part of the circuit and would not fire on it's own when in contact with any part of battery body (negative).

The most important part of the wrap is the top part that would prevent an accidental dead short when in contact with a foreign metallic object.
