Really a great mod and I have only had it a few weeks. It's just a bit too wide for my teeny hands 
It's in perfect condition and has operated flawlessly. I have a nice dark purple and black silicone cover for it also. This is a nice thick and good quality sleeve ( I was actually quite impressed when I got it ) Anyway, it comes with everything it did when I purchased it, box, cable and all that good stuff. It has a nice feature where you can use either one or two batteries. (not sure why you would use only one, but the option is there) Looks like it remembers what you had on there last too when you change the batteries. That's a nice feature I was not aware of lol
